As a product manager, you will be responsible for vision, strategy and execution of all initiatives that will ensure our Members get value out of Feats and stay engaged. You will be responsible for understanding Member motivations, ensuring that our product offering exceeds their expectations and achieves targets for satisfaction and retention. You will also establish internal processes in line with Lean Startup principles, including maintaining room for intuition and creativity in a data-driven context.
• Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of user-centric products.
• Understand user needs and gather product requirements.
• Align engineering and design thinking and execution.
• Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization which drives product execution.
• Define and analyze metrics that result in success of our Members, and thus our products.
• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-growing startup.
• Demonstrated track record of product leadership. Ability to lead and influence teams.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Able to develop and articulate a clear vision and translate it into practical execution.
